mcp-installer - MCP サーバーをインストールするための MCP サーバー

このサーバーは、他のMCPサーバーを自動的にインストールするサーバーです。インストールすると、ClaudeにnpmまたはPyPiでホストされたMCPサーバーのインストールを依頼できます。Node.jsサーバーの場合はnpx 、Pythonサーバーの場合はuvそれぞれインストールされている必要があります。
