## Overview
Implemented per-repository progress bars showing detailed download information (bytes, speed, time remaining) for all repository cloning and update operations.
## Changes Summary
### 1. Service Layer (`src/mcp_skills/services/repository_manager.py`)
#### New Classes and Methods
**`CloneProgress` class (lines 29-60)**
- GitPython `RemoteProgress` handler
- Translates GitPython callbacks to simpler (current, total, message) format
- Enables progress tracking for both clone and pull operations
**`add_repository_with_progress()` method (lines 208-294)**
- Clone repository with optional progress callback
- Preserves backward compatibility (callback is optional)
- Follows same validation and error handling as original `add_repository()`
- Design pattern: Optional callback parameter for UI flexibility
**`update_repository_with_progress()` method (lines 351-413)**
- Pull updates with optional progress callback
- Mirrors original `update_repository()` behavior
- Supports progress tracking for git pull operations
#### Key Design Decisions
**Progress Callback Pattern:**
- **Rationale:** Optional callback preserves backward compatibility while enabling rich UI
- **Trade-offs:**
- ✅ Simplicity: Direct callback is easy to test
- ✅ Flexibility: Works with any UI framework (Rich, tqdm, etc.)
- ⚠️ Coupling: Caller must handle progress updates
**Backward Compatibility:**
- Original methods (`add_repository()`, `update_repository()`) unchanged
- New methods add optional `progress_callback` parameter
- All existing tests pass without modification
